Cancellation Policy
At Healthy Glow Airbrush Tanning, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and schedules can change, however, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Because our appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, last minute cancellations and no shows leave us with very little opportunity to fill that appointment time.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
- Clients arriving significantly late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Guests & Children Policy
To ensure a comfortable and professional experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone whenever possible.
Our studio has limited space, and we do not have staff available to supervise guests or children during appointments.
If you bring a guest, we respectfully ask that they wait in their vehicle during your service.
If you must bring a child to your appointment, you are required to bring another adult who can supervise the child for the duration of your service. Children may not accompany clients into the tanning area or remain unattended in the studio at any time.
For the safety of your child, our staff, and our clients, there are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for everyone.

A credit card must be entered at booking of your airbrush
session otherwise the appointment will be automatically canceled. This card will only be charged if you do not show for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hour notice.
