Whether you're preparing for your wedding, heading on vacation, celebrating something special, or simply want a little extra glow, every appointment starts with understanding you and what you want your tan to look like.

It's not just about getting tan. It's about feeling good, taking care of your skin, and leaving with a glow that feels like you.

For the best results, shave, shower, and exfoliate the night before your appointment. On the day of your tan, avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, perfume, and makeup. Come with clean, dry skin and wear loose, dark clothing afterward.
Most appointments take about 20–30 minutes, including a quick consultation about your color goals and preferences. Your technician will walk you through the process, so first-time clients don't need to worry about knowing what to do.
For the best results, Healthy Glow recommends getting your tan 1–2 days before a vacation, wedding, or special event. Your technician can also help you choose the best timing based on your plans and the type of tan you're getting.
Most clients will rinse 2–4 hours after their appointment, following the instructions given by their technician. For your first rinse, use water only. Your tan will continue developing after the cosmetic bronzer washes away, and you can return to your regular shower routine the following day.
With proper preparation and aftercare, a spray tan typically lasts 5–10 days. Moisturizing regularly with tan-safe products can help extend the life of your glow.
Yes. Healthy Glow offers consultation and patch-testing options for clients with sensitive skin or allergies. If you have specific concerns, it's best to discuss them before your appointment.
Many pregnant clients choose to spray tan, but Healthy Glow recommends consulting your doctor first and waiting until after your first trimester.
Yes! Healthy Glow offers bridal tanning, group bookings for weddings and parties, and mobile tanning for groups of 5 or more.
No. A spray tan does not provide UV protection, so sunscreen is still important anytime you're outside.
